Gold Coast Sea Moss Apple Pie Smoothie

There is no disputing the nutritional benefits of sea moss with its 92 of the 102 minerals found on the human body. Finding new fun ways to incorporate this wonderful superfood into our meals has become very important to our health conscious community. We decided to try this delicious apple pie recipe and loved it so much we just had to share with you all. Check it out!





INGREDIENTS:


  • 2 cups fresh apple cider

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Gold Coast Sea Moss Gel

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 2 cups ice

METHOD:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Serve
